At F.A.C.E. Organization, we offer a range of community support services to help individuals and families thrive. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing personalized care and support to each and every one of our clients.   1. Income Eligibility: Our supportive housing has income restrictions. Participants need to demonstrate financial need or low income to qualify.
  2. Vulnerability: Supportive housing is often targeted toward individuals facing significant vulnerabilities, such as returning home from incarceration, homelessness, chronic illness, mental health issues, or substance abuse disorders.
  3. Residency Requirements: Our programs residency requirements, prioritizing individuals who attend scheduled appointments, meetings/groups and maintain their compliance. 
  4. Disability Status: Supporting housing initiatives are designed for individuals with disabilities. This can include physical disabilities, mental health challenges, or other conditions that make independent living difficult.
  5. Returning Citizens: Supportive housing programs often prioritize individuals who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless.
  6. Referral from Service Providers: Referral from institutional service agencies, healthcare providers, or other relevant organizations are required. This ensures that individuals receiving supportive housing have a demonstrated need for additional services and support.
  7. Legal Residency: Participants are required to complete an in-take  to determine their eligibility for supportive housing.
  8. Compliance with Program Rules: Individuals seeking our supportive housing are required to adhere to rules or conditions, such as participation in counseling, treatment programs, weekly group sessions and/or other placement supportive services.
  9. Background Checks: Background checks, including criminal history checks, are part of the eligibility process.
  10. Participants Process: Participants need to complete an assessment process, providing information about their situation and need for supportive housing.


It's important to note that the FACE supportive housing program relies on Grant Funding and operates as a Non-profit 501c3 organization. We welcome your support for contributions to receive any and all monetary donations, to continue implementing our reliable resources at the local, state, and federal levels, as eligibility criteria widely enhances to positive changes for participants daily sustainability. Yes, we offer online counseling for individuals who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
