How To Become Involved:
Qualifications for receiving F.A.C.E. supportive housing can vary depending on the specific program, location, and funding sources. Our supportive housing is totally geared towards providing the tools necessary for individuals to achieve their obtainable goals and programming skills with hope for sustainability. We are NOT Landlords nor do we seek to become interested with the terms of renting rooms and/or Families/Tenants. This setting is program structured and designed for individuals who face challenges such as returning home from incarceration, homelessness, mental health issues, substance abuse, or other barriers to stable housing. While specific criteria may differ, common qualifications often includes:

Youth Outreach Supportive Program
We are dedicated to fostering strong connections within the community through active engagement and collaboration. Our program is called Youth R.E.A.C.H (Redirect. Educate. Achieve. Change. Hope) designed to bring people together and create a supportive network that encourages growth and resilience.
