Helping Youth Face Challenges, Build Confidence & Create Their Future
Facing All Challenges Everyday
Every young person faces challenges. Some struggle with peer pressure, bullying, family conflict, academic difficulties, violence, substance use, mental health challenges, low self-esteem, or uncertainty about their future. FACE believes that a young person's circumstances do not have to determine their future.
FACE is committed to helping youth develop the confidence, skills, relationships, and support systems they need to overcome challenges and become successful, responsible, and productive members of their communities.
OUR PURPOSE
The FACE Youth Empowerment Initiative creates a safe, supportive, and positive environment where young people can talk about their experiences, identify challenges, develop solutions, and learn how to make healthier choices.
We meet young people where they are—not to judge them, but to listen, encourage, guide, educate, and empower them.
Through mentoring, peer support, educational activities, workshops, leadership development, and community engagement, FACE helps youth recognize that their past experiences do not have to define their future. At Face Inc., we strive to empower local communities and youth through various support initiatives. Our goal is to provide resources and programs that uplift individuals and foster a sense of belonging.
Building Connections
WHAT WE HELP YOUTH DEVELOP
Confidence & Self-Esteem
Youth are encouraged to recognize their strengths, understand their value, and develop confidence in their ability to succeed.
Decision-Making Skills
Participants learn how to think through consequences, manage difficult situations, and make decisions that support their goals and future.
Emotional Intelligence
Youth learn how to identify and communicate their emotions, manage frustration, handle conflict, and develop healthy ways of responding to stressful situations.
Positive Peer Relationships
FACE teaches young people how to identify healthy relationships, recognize negative influences, establish boundaries, and surround themselves with people who encourage positive growth.
Leadership Development
Young people are given opportunities to become leaders, take responsibility, speak up for themselves and others, and contribute positively to their schools and communities.
Education & Career Readiness
FACE encourages youth to take their education seriously while introducing them to career opportunities, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, vocational training, and goal setting.
Life Skills
Participants develop practical skills related to communication, responsibility, time management, conflict resolution, financial awareness, problem-solving, and preparing for adulthood.
Mentoring & Positive Role Models
FACE connects youth with caring mentors and positive role models who can provide encouragement, guidance, accountability, and real-world perspective.
